The Year 28

I entered my 28th year back in November. On that day, I wrote down 10 years I wanted to work on, towards, and around throughout the next 12 months.

Some consist of crossing off bucket list items, some are about just getting 2.4% better each day.

  1. Build something new on the weekends and generate $10,000 a month from it.
  2. Travel to at least 8 new countries.
  3. Make at least two new consistent, like-minded friends.
  4. Don't let work = life. Create active space anyway from the keyboard.
  5. Be a better partner.
  6. Send physical mail once a month, checking in on friends and family.
  7. Stop thinking ahead and do what feels right today.
  8. Increase training to add 15 pounds — reduce body fat to 14%, increase LMI to 18.6 kg/m2, and increase bone density to 1.35 g/cm2.
  9. Watch Ovechkin break Gretzky's goal record in-person.
  10. Summit Mt. Kilimanjaro (the world's tallest free-standing mountain).

Will look back on this before hitting Year 29.
